Patrol 2025-26

Cape Paterson First Surf is patrolled every Weekend and Public Holiday during the season. The 2025/26 patrol season starts on 22nd November 2025 and runs through til 19th April 2026. All club members with more than 1 patrol award (more than BM or SRC) are allocated to a patrol and asked to Patrol once a month. In addition to this roster, all other Active Members are able to self-allocate to any and all patrols they are able to attend.

Patrol Roster 2025/26

The roster will also be put into our ClubApp on TeamApp, and members will be able to allocate via this platform.

Staying At The Club
We have an amazing Clubhouse, and we are very keen for our members to have access to it. That’s why we have been working hard to make sure it’s available for everyone’s use during the patrol season. If you’re over 18, all you need to do is contact your Patrol Captain, who can help arrange a Fob Key for the weekend. There is also a Bunkroom Policy you need to read and agree to, as well as a Bunkroom Logbook (Google Form) that we need completed as part of our Safety Requirements. You also need a valid WWCC on the system with a photo of the card sent to Sue our Registrar (at [email protected]). More about WWCC can be found here.
If you’re under 18, you need to have a responsible (over 18) adult staying with you at the club, and Parental Permission in writing submitted to your Patrol Captain. You will also need to fill out the Logbook and agree to the Bunkroom Policy

Patrol Uniforms and Gear
Want or need a new uniform? Attend either of the first TWO Skills Maintenance dates to have a chance of receiving a new uniform FOR FREE.
Want a Waterproof Patrol Jacket, Patrol Rashie, or hat? Follow the link here to order one!

Skills Maintenance
A reminder that there are 3 Skills Maintenance (Requal) dates available at Cape Paterson SLSC. Outside of these dates there are plenty of other opportunities at other clubs if required. Our dates are next Sunday 2nd November, Saturday 6th December, and Sunday 28th December. You must book in via Member Training and complete your e-learning prior to attending. Anyone who hasn't completed their e-learning will be turned away at the door and have to attend another opportunity.

You can patrol up to and including Wednesday 31st of December before needing to complete Skills Maintenance, but we recommend completing it early
